Restaurant and Sunset Bar

El Cabito has a restaurant right on the cliffs where our Chef de cuisine offers a large variety of Dominican, European, Asian, vegetarian dishes and salads. We specialize in seafood, fish and meat from the barbeque. All meals are freshly prepared based on your request. Please reserve ahead if you would like to have lobster or fresh fish. The Restaurant is open 7 days a week.

We offer a transfer service to pick you up and bring you back at night.
In season, you can spot whales from the terrace. You might be lucky and see a turtle, flying fish, pelican or sea eagle. You can watch the fishermen make their way to the fishing grounds in their small dug-out canoes.

The elevated restaurant is an impressive venue for parties, dances, ceremonies and special events such as weddings and birthdays. We can customize activities, music and food for your celebration so it is just as you dreamed. On special evenings, we organize live music and other cultural activities.

El Cabito has one of the best sunset views in Las Galeras. Watch as the brilliant tropical sun dips behind the hills of Cabo Cabron and Rincon Bay leaving a pallet of soft watercolors. Each day, nature brings a new show to El Cabito—from storm clouds gathering in the sky, huge waves breaking on the cliffs below—to sea birds catching a ride on a thermal over a calm sparkling bay.

For groups, we are pleased to prepare buffets where you can try a great variety of different dishes.
