At El Cabito you can enjoy a million-dollar ocean view for a modest price. The palm-roofed terraces of our two cabanas offer a panoramic view of Rincon Bay. We also offer camping and the possibility of sleeping in a hammock or a simple mattress under a palm roof or in a tree house.
El Cabito is located in the countryside, away from the grid. Water is collected from the roof and waste water is naturally treated. Bottled drinking water is provided. Electricity is produced on site and stored in batteries. Mosquito nets and fans are available although the sea breeze naturally cools the rooms and keeps mosquitos away.
El Cabito is about 3 km from the village of Las Galeras. We go to town every morning and noon and can give you a ride. By foot it is a 40 min. walk along the beach and a motoconcho can bring you back for US $3.00.
Our charming palm-roofed cabanas have a living room with a couch where a child can sleep, a private bathroom and terrace, and on the second floor, a bedroom with a fantastic ocean view.

There is a block of showers and toilets making it an ideal choice for groups and individuals seeking affordable and flexible options.
Besides setting up your own tent, you can sleep under a palm roof in a hammock or on your camping pad. Or, let your dreams come true and stay in our tree house.
