By good fortune we have a home in the Caribbean overlooking spectacular Rincon Bay, a place where nature speaks for herself. Our desire is to share this special place with like minded people and enrich each other lives through that connection, even if for a short time.
We are a family friendly business with two pre school age children. Before moving to the Dominican Republic we were based in Berlin. John was a performance artist, specializing in children’s theater, and traveling throughout Europe. Before the determined Catrin convinced John he should be her mate and father of her children, she traveled extensively in South American where she became a Spanish speaker.
Our vision for El Cabito is a place where people can gather and exchange life experiences, thoughts and ideas. We have designed a number of flexible accommodation options to meet everyone’s budget.
Besides tourism, El Cabito is also suitable for the following activities:
- Workshops – cooking, art, yoga, theatre, continuing education
- Brainstorming – management, culture, science
- Rehearsal of stage plays
- Music projects or jam sessions amongst friends
